Jessica has worked at Senior Board level as a PA to a Director of Capita Symonds in the construction industry for fifteen years. Whilst at Capita she carried out all administrational duties including diary management, travel management for both UK and overseas trips, invoicing and credit control.
Jessica dealt with confidential information administering the appraisals of staff and their salary increases, sending out the letters and updating HR files.
Jessica is also experienced in organising events both large and small, from Balls for over 500 attendees to confidential Board Meetings, she has also organised golf days and other events.
Jessica has worked as a Virtual PA for the last 5 year, since she left Capita Symonds due to the sad death of her boss due to Cancer.
Jessica has many hobbies including keeping fit, gardening, she also has qualifications in Interior Design and likes the odd glass of vino now and then!
Kim has been a director for a successful leisure company since 1997 and worked in marketing and the media for more than 20 years.
She has experience in many aspects of the industry ranging from advertising sales and sales management through to brochure, advert and web design and media buying and recruitment and appraisals.
